HOW TO USE STEP BY STEP

Londonhouse Report Feature Sheet Creator is a memory-intensive web application that uses new and advanced HTML functionality. Not all browsers are made equal - Internet Explorer is not supported, but Firefox, Chrome, Safari generally work well. On older computers, depending on size of the Londonhouse Report and if local hi-res files are loaded, some browsers may have issues displaying these hi-res images. The most compatible browser for older computers is Firefox. If creating PDF takes too long, please try: a) restart browser; b) quit all other apps to free memory; c) restart computer.

STEP 1:- LOAD THE Londonhouse Report

Unless the Londonhouse Report is already loaded and you see gallery images to the left from this text, enter an Londonhouse Report address in the Londonhouse Report URL field and press Load.

STEP 2: SELECT FEATURE SHEET LAYOUT, FONT AND COLOUR

Select feature sheet layout between 2-page and 4-page, select font type, and select background color for agent banner and property description text at the top left corner of the page.

STEP 3: CHOOSE PAGE DESIGN SAMPLES

Inspect available page design samples displayed as thumbnail images with a page design number shown in red. Note designs you would like to use for STEP 5.

STEP 4: CHOOSE PAGE DESIGNS AND SELECT IMAGES

For each page of a feature sheet, choose a desired page design from the drop-down list. Select an image from loaded Londonhouse Report gallery by clicking on it and then place that image on a feature sheet page by clicking on a grey box where you want the image to go. Click and Click is faster than Drag and Drop! The 4-page design has page ordering defined by print layout, so it is out of sequence.

STEP 5: ADDING YOUR OWN ADDITIONAL IMAGES (OPTIONAL)

You can load local image files from your disk, such as high resolution images from Hi-Res HDR package using the Add Files button. To load multiple images, hold down Shift or Ctrl key while selecting individual images. Using hi-res images is advised for page designs with large photos. This step consumes a lot of computer resources, you may wish to load only hi-res images that you will actually use.

STEP 6: CREATE PDF

Press Create PDF button. The created PDF file will be either saved to Downloads folder or displayed, depending on your browser. This process may take few seconds, depending on how fast your computer is.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Front page text gets populated automatically with Londonhouse Report information for property address and agent name. You can freely edit the text fields. Back page agent information and images get populated automatically from the Londonhouse Report agent banner.

If you modify contents of the second text field ("Presented by") in the front page design, it will get stored and will override the auto-generated text. To cancel this behaviour, clear the text field before loading Londonhouse Report.

As an advanced feature, instead of the box with selected background color underneath the text on the front page or auto-generated agent banner on the back page, you can load your custom branding banner images in JPG or PNG (recommended) formats. You can delete address and other text for the front page when using a custom banner. Custom banner should be at least 2000 pixels wide to print well. Height of custom banner should be adjusted to provide desired look.

In 4-page design, page design #3 for inside pages allows entering custom property description text. Once that page design is selected, a field to enter text will appear.
